First time having an operation so very nervous. Felt comfortable throughout the whole experience. Was put at ease from the start. The level of care is amazing. Staff work very hard to look after you.
So a big thank you from me.
I would also like to say the care at the Peggy Wood Centre is brilliant too.

Respectful handling of bed pan use for elderly mother.
Communication - staff communicated well when questioned - know its constrained by time, but needs to be more regular especially at times of long waits. Would have appreciated a plan of action from the start - know not everyone wants this.
